How to play

Resources In addition to the new version of the new resource black water, there are 3 visible resources: gold (gold), potions (gas/water), and gems. What is the use of these three things? Mainly you can look at it like this: Gold = defense; Potion = military/technology; Gems = time. The main use of gold, besides upgrading the main city, is to build/upgrade walls (extremely gold intensive) and defense towers; potions are used to build troops and upgrade troop/population/technology buildings; gems can be exchanged for workers or to speed up construction. Gold and potion collectors are extremely inefficient and far less efficient than looting resources. There are 3 ways to get gems: buy them directly, get them by completing achievements, or get them by clearing obstacles on the map (very few), so obviously time is the most valuable resource. Trophies are points that are similar to the "ladder" mechanism, meaning they are based on the results of battles between you and other players. When randomly matching opponents, the only rule is the number of trophies, which has nothing to do with player level or main city level. Only players with close trophies will be matched with each other. Reaching 1250 trophies in exchange for 450 gems is a key point. The mechanics of looting here are critical to this game. Here we will not talk about the single-player goblin mission, but only about the matchmaking between players. First of all, each match costs a certain amount of gold, which is determined by the level of the main city. 1-9 levels cost from 10-750 increments. Each battle has three stars, one for destroying 50% of the opponent's buildings, one for destroying the opponent's main city, and one for destroying 100% of the opponent's buildings. The first two orders can be reversed. If you win one star, you win the battle. During the battle, you can gain loot by attacking the opponent's buildings where resources can be stored (loot, so looting is also commonly called "jerking off"...) The loot is also commonly called "loot". So how is the amount of resources that can be obtained calculated? In fact, if all the buildings with resources are destroyed, the proportion of resources that can be looted varies from building to building: Gold mine / potion collector - 50% of the inventory of the main city - 100% of the inventory of the vault / potion tank - 25% of the inventory When attacking, pay attention to the distribution of the opponent's resources, whether they are in the collector or in the vault, so as to develop an attack strategy. There is another very important and relevant factor here, which is the level of the main city. The difference in the level of the main city between the attacking and defending sides will affect the percentage of resources plundered, and there is no benefit in upgrading your main city too early. If your main city is two levels higher than the other side, the resources obtained will be subject to a 50% penalty; if it is three levels higher, the resources hit will be reduced to 25% of the normal amount. Because there are more players and more resources around the sixth book, and the defense is generally weak, so the sixth to seventh book is the best time to play for money. If you don't want to play against a discount, you'll have to play seven or more opponents, and your success rate and earnings will drop sharply. So it would be wise to spend more money in the six to seven books, to level up all the fortifications, to upgrade all the technology that can be upgraded, and then to upgrade the main city. When your base is attacked, if more than 40% of the buildings are destroyed, you can get 12 hours of shield, if more than 90%, the time will increase to 16 hours. Once you choose to take revenge or randomly match your opponent, the shield disappears. So if you don't need to save a lot of resources to upgrade, it's a good idea to use up as many resources as possible before taking the initiative. The point here is that the resilience of the troops is not well reflected by the data displayed in the game. For example, a level 3 archer has 28 HP, and a level 3 mortar has a second damage of 6. What does this mean? What does this mean? Can a single shot kill an archer or not? In fact, it is not only Damage per second that needs attention, but more importantly, Damage per shot. Here the damage per shot for a level 3 mortar is actually 30 (Mortar - Clash of Clans Wiki), which is just enough to kill a level 3 archer. That level four archer 33HP for the three mortar, it leaps a notch.
