MilGPS is an advanced navigation tool for MGRS / USNG that is trusted by soldiers, search and rescue personnel and other professional navigators worldwide. View your current position and navigate to a waypoint in seconds. Or use the powerful and intuitive mapping and overlay features to plan and organize your navigation.
Simple and intuitive interface. Easily convert between position formats using the Add Waypoint screen, and support angle/mil angle with the option of true, magnetic or grid north reference. Supports altitude in feet/meters and distance in imperial/metric/nautical miles.

How to play
Shows your current location in real time
-Does not require a cellular signal, but allows for faster position fixes (maps require a data connection)
-Military Grid Reference System (MGRS) and U.S. National Grid (USNG) (4, 6 8 10 maps support grid reference)
-Universal Transverse Mercator (UTM)
-Latitude/Longitude (supports degrees, degrees and minutes, degrees, minutes, seconds)
-Military Ordnance Survey National Grid (grid in meters and east/north)
-Military date time set for local/Zulu time
-All information is displayed in large plain text for ready viewing
-Location and navigation screens are fully customizable -Choose what information you want to view
-Supports multiple datums including WGS84, NAD27, OSGB36, AGD66, ED50-
Define up to 3 datum and position format combinations for position display and waypoint entry
Create and navigate to waypoints
-Unlimited number of waypoints (upper limit depends on device storage and memory)
-Enter waypoints from current location, map or using any of the supported location formats above
-Real-time distance/bearing updates as coordinates are entered (reasonableness check grid)
-Waypoints are fully editable and can be sorted by distance or name
-"Quick Go" feature to quickly enter grids and navigate to them -Accept shortened MGRS grids.
-Receive arrival instructions when approaching waypoints
-Import and export waypoints via standard GPX file format (routes and tracks are not currently supported)
