How to play

Register an account of your own and complete your personal information. STRAVA even allows you to add your own chariot, allowing you to better distinguish between types of rides. The service is currently opening quickly in the country, both on the computer and on the mobile phone. Once you've registered and logged in to the mobile app, you'll be able to log your rides on your phone!

STRAVA has a recording function as well as a sharing function. You can "follow" people and be followed like on Twitter, and you can create or join a club where you can share your rides. Whenever you complete a ride, you send a message and others can comment and retweet it.

On the mobile side, as soon as you hit the start button, your ride is tracked by GPS and data such as time, mileage, elevation gain and loss, calorie burn, etc. are automatically calculated. Apple phone users don't need to worry too much about power consumption, the app supports lock screen or background running, all you need to do is press the start button and lock your phone and put it in your pocket. You can also pause if you want to stop and take a break; when you finish and save a ride, you can enter the name of the ride and the app will automatically upload the data to the website. Alternatively, if you need advanced data such as a heart rate monitor and power output, you can pay to upgrade to the Pro version.
